LATE CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or attempts to reschedule within a 48 hour period of appointment time will result in a $100.00 late cancellation fee, or loss of deposit as per our scheduling policy.

NO SHOWS

No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will not be rebooked. A $250 no-show fee may also apply.

CREDIT CARDS

A credit card is required to book all appointments. The card is held on file and will only be charged if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours or do not show up for your appointment.

ARRIVAL

Clients running more than 10 minutes late to their appointment may not be able to receive treatment and are subject to the late cancellation fee. If you are running late, please contact the office as soon as possible and we will try and accommodate you. Additional guests, including children are not permitted in our office. Please plan childcare accordingly.

HEALTH

If you are feeling unwell, we ask for you to contact the office as soon as possible to reschedule. Unfortunately, if you reschedule / cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time due to illness, we are still required to apply the cancellation fee.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are required for all appointments. This non-refundable payment will secure your appointment, and be deducted from your treatment total. Cancellations result in forfeiting the fee. Rescheduling must be done minimum 48-hours prior to scheduled appointment time.

As with all cosmetic services, results may vary and desired results are not guaranteed.
